Alice Englert
Alice Allegra Englert (born 15 June 1994) is an Australian actress, director, writer or singer. She is best known for her performances as Rosa in the documentary Ginger and Rosa Ginger & Rosa (2012) and Lena Duchannes in the film Beautiful Creatures Alice Allegra Englert was born in Sydney in the month of June, 1994. She was her mother was New Zealand filmmaker Jane Campion and Australian filmmaker Colin Englert. She is Edith Campion's maternal granddaughter and the theatre director Richard Campion. Her parents were in the military and she was sent to different places. Campion explains "I was a part of my life in an airplane." New Zealand is a place I love. "That's where we had the most artistic, whimsical part of our family." She went to school in Australia, New Zealand and New York City. Rome, London, Rome, Oxfordshire, Sibford School in Oxfordshire, Rome. When she was 7 when her parents separated. After high school, she left to pursue a career as an actress.
