Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. Most famously, she is anchor of CNN's morning show At This Hour. She was also the co-anchor of CNN's Monday morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's award-winning coverage of the 2012 presidential election and in 2016. Bolduan also worked in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan, as an integral part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on legislative cycles and congress discussions, such as negotiations for raising the loan limit for federal government and Super Committee discussions. As general assignment reporters she covered news like that of the Christmas Day bombing in 2009 and the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. She began working for CNN Newsource in 2007. As a national reporter, she provided breaking news coverage as well as feature stories to more than 800 CNN Newsource affiliates. She worked for NBC News, MSNBC, and WTVD-TV.
